You are now on the A361 (Link Road) towards Tiverton and Barnstaple. After 500 metres (approx.), take the left turning (A3072) into Sampford Peverell. Go through Sampford Peverell and just before the derestriction sign, and 100 metres (approx.) after the 40mph sign turn right (signposted Uplowman). At a T junction follow sign to Uplowman. Stay on this road for 1 mile into the village, and at the crossroads with the Redwoods Inn facing you, turn right. Through the narrow road for 500 metres then, take next left marked "no through road" and "school". The Old Stables is set back almost immediately on your left.
