Teaching and Training Adults Stage 1

Teaching and Training Adults develops the skills, knowledge and qualifications needed to gain employment as a teacher or trainer of adults in any curriculum area.

It supports City & Guilds' 7407 Certificate in Further Education Teaching (CFET) Stage 1, and provides a comprehensive introduction to the teaching of adults for teachers entering further or adult education helping to meet the requirement for all new part-time teachers in FE to be qualified with a Stage 1 award endorsed by FENTO.

The material has been written by a team of expert practitioners in adult education, and provides authoritative support material that is flexible enough to be used in a variety of teaching programmes from face-to-face delivery to self-study distance learning or a hybrid programme (part face-to-face and part independent learning).

Verifying the S/NVQ Process
